It is true that all of us are in need of more positive touch in our lives. In the world of technology as our lives become ever more rushed and pressured, we find fewer and fewer opportunities for actual physical contact with other people. On the clinical side, touch and massage has been shown to increase circulation, improve respiration, ease digestion, and facilitate recovery from muscular injury and soreness. It relaxes the body and mind and calms the spirit. Massage eases us into a slower way of life. My massages are designed to promote both healing and relaxation.
