With so many options out there for exercise programs, how do you know what fits you and your goals?  With fitness, a one size fits all approach will not work.  Simply put, we’re all unique and have different goals for different times in life and different situations.  Small group personal training takes into consideration each individual client, allowing for injuries (past and present), abilities and fitness level to provide necessary modifications. 

In our studio, you will find yourself in a workout of 6 or less so the trainer can provide individual, personal exercise suggestions.  Because of the limited class size, we do ask you to register in advance.

Sample group classes include Cardio/Strength Interval, TRX and Body Weight, Express Workout, Restorative Yoga and Cardio, Core and Calisthenics

 

I am in better shape now than when I was in my 20’s. Lisa customizes her workouts to maximize results while taking into consideration any prior sports injuries. We look forward to each session with her. --Colleen, Lanham, MD
