Playground Boot Camp for Kids

Not all children are meant to be athletes, but all children should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active life. This boot camp teaches kids that exercise can be fun while also providing a challenge. We work with kids to give them a positive sense of self and gain confidence. In addition, physical activity will help your child in school by increasing those positive endorphins. So if your child is not interested in sports, this is a great opportunity. Workouts take place after school, just before homework time!
